Medication in School

A culture of high expectations permeates lessons and students know they are responsible for how well they achieve.'

Ofsted Nov 2011

Due to new Health and Safety Regulations and Safeguarding Procedures, as a school we now have to implement a new parental agreement for the school to administer medication.

For the administration of Paracetamol: (tablets or liquid form) a parental consent form needs to be completed and returned to Student Services in order for us to administer medication. This form is available by clicking here.

For the administration of Prescribed medication and over the counter medication: again a parental consent form needs to be completed and returned to Student Services with the medication in its original packaging (with the pharmacy label if applicable). This form is available by clicking here.
